Apprenticeship and then work in the pre-press departments of various printers in Leicester and Nottingham

Co-Owner and cook at Pennyfeathers Cafe in Nottingham for two years. Also during this time I was assistant bar manager at a small bar in Leicester before moving onto be the promotions manager at The Alley Cafe in Nottingham.

Development of a portal for the Over 50’s including user profiling and testing.
